SEELPOP Terms of Service (EN)

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the mobile application "Seelpop" (the "Service") provided by uuwa ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope)

1. These Terms govern the rights and obligations between you and us regarding the use of the Service, and apply to all relationships relating to the use of the Service.

2. Any additional rules, notices, or guidelines we provide within the Service or on our website form part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service mainly provides the following features:

• Managing child profiles

• Registering tasks and recording achievements

• Awarding points, opening sticker packs, and collecting stickers

• Placing stickers in a sticker album

• Account management (guest use and linking to an email address and password)

• Provision of paid features ("Premium Pack") through in-app purchases

Article 3 (Eligibility)

1. You use the Service at your own responsibility.

2. The Service is intended for use within households, including children under a guardian’s supervision. If a minor uses the Service, the minor must do so with the consent and under the supervision of a legal guardian.

Article 4 (Accounts)

1. The Service can be used with anonymous authentication (guest) or with email address and password authentication.

2. While using the Service as a guest, you can link an email address and password to continue using the same account.

3. You are responsible for managing your authentication credentials and must not allow any third party to use them.

4. We are not liable for any damages arising from insufficient management of credentials by you, except where such damages are caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 5 (Fees and In-App Purchases)

1. The basic features of the Service are available free of charge.

2. We offer a paid plan called the "Premium Pack" as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Features unlocked by the Premium Pack may include ad-free use, increased limits for various features, and immediate unlocking of certain packs.

3. The price of the Premium Pack is as displayed on the in-app purchase screen in the applicable currency and amount. Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, tax changes, store policies, or other circumstances.

4. The Premium Pack is applied on a family basis and is effective for all accounts belonging to the family to which the purchasing account belongs.

5. Purchase procedures, payment, taxation, issuance of receipts, refunds, and similar matters are handled in accordance with the policies and terms of Apple App Store or Google Play (each a "Store"). We are not a party to any transaction between you and a Store operator.

6. The Premium Pack is a one-time purchase and does not auto-renew. After purchase, the unlocked features remain available (except in the cases described in paragraphs 8 and 9).

7. You can reactivate a previously purchased Premium Pack on another device or after reinstalling the app by using the "Restore Purchases" function on the in-app purchase screen, provided you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

8. We may change the contents, limits, or unlock targets of features included in the Premium Pack when necessary for operational or technical reasons. We will provide advance notice of material changes within the Service or by other appropriate means.

9. If we terminate the Service, the use of features unlocked by the Premium Pack will also end. Any refund in such a case is subject to the refund policy of the relevant Store, and we will not issue refunds on an individual basis.

10. If we introduce new paid features or subscriptions in the future, we will notify you in advance within the Service or by other appropriate means.

Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

You must not engage in any of the following when using the Service:

• Violating laws or public order and morals

• Conduct related to criminal acts

• Infringing the rights or interests of us or any third party

• Interfering with the operation of the Service (including unauthorized access or excessive requests)

• Reverse engineering, disassembly, decompiling, etc.

• Using an account for fraudulent purposes

• Any other conduct we deem inappropriate

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights relating to the Service belong to us or the rightful holders. You must not use them beyond the scope permitted by law.

Article 8 (Changes, Suspension, or Termination)

We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice to you.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

1. We do not guarantee that the Service will fit your particular purpose, meet your expectations regarding features, accuracy, usefulness, or be continuously available.

2. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, except where such damages are caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 10 (Suspension of Use and Account Deletion)

1. If you violate these Terms, we may suspend your use of the Service or take other necessary measures without prior notice.

2. You may request deletion of your account through the prescribed in-app procedure.

Article 11 (Changes to These Terms)

We may revise these Terms when we deem necessary. Unless otherwise specified by us, the revised Terms take effect when they are displayed within the Service.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

2. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nagoya District Court as the court of first instance.
