This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how uuwa ("we", "us", or "our") handles user information in the mobile application "SEELPOP" (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information to provide the Service.
1.1 Authentication Information
- User identifier (UID) issued by Firebase Authentication
- Email address (if you use email/password authentication)
- Authentication state, such as whether you are using anonymous authentication
1.2 Information You Enter or Generate in the Service
- Child profile information (nickname, emoji, point information, selected pack information)
- Task information (name, difficulty, order, etc.)
- Task completion history (completion date/time, earned points, etc.)
- Acquired sticker information (sticker ID, acquisition date/time, related pack ID, etc.)
- Sticker album placement information (position, scale, rotation, layering order, etc.)
1.3 Usage Information
- Event information collected via Firebase Analytics (e.g., screen views, task completion, pack opening, sticker placement)
1.4 Technical Information
- Technical information provided by the Firebase SDK as necessary for communications and configuration delivery (including identifiers required for service provision)
1.5 Information Related to Ad Delivery and Ad-Based Unlocks
To deliver ads and provide ad-based unlock functionality, we use the advertising SDK provided by Google LLC (Google Mobile Ads SDK / AdMob). As a result, we or the SDK provider may handle the following information:
- Advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA, Advertising ID)
- Device information (OS, device model, language settings, etc.)
- Network information (e.g., IP address)
- Ad usage information such as ad impressions, completed views, and clicks
- Technical information required for fraud prevention and delivery optimization
1.6 In-App Purchase (Premium Pack) Information
To sell and manage the paid feature "Premium Pack" offered within the Service, we handle the following information:
- Purchased product ID (e.g.,
seelpop_premium_pack)
- Date and time of purchase
- Platform used for the purchase (iOS or Android)
- Purchase status on a per-family basis (premium active / inactive)
Credit card numbers, payment information, Apple ID, Google account details, and similar payment-related data are collected and processed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. We do not receive or store such information.
2. Purposes of Use
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To authenticate users and manage accounts
- For data synchronization, incident response, prevention of unauthorized use, and security
- To analyze usage and improve features
- To respond to user inquiries
- To deliver ads, measure ad effectiveness, and prevent ad fraud
- To provide ad-view-based unlock functionality (rewarded ads) for certain packs and manage unlock status
- To sell the Premium Pack (in-app purchase), manage purchase status, and support restoration of prior purchases
3. Where Data Is Stored
The Service’s primary data is stored and processed using Firebase (provided by Google LLC):
- Authentication data: Firebase Authentication
- App data: Cloud Firestore
- Catalog image delivery: Firebase Storage
- Analytics data: Firebase Analytics
- Configuration delivery: Firebase Remote Config
- Ad delivery: Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK)
- In-app purchases: Apple App Store (Apple Inc.) / Google Play (Google LLC)
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- With your consent
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain consent
- When entrusting handling to subcontractors (such as Firebase) within the scope necessary to provide the Service
However, for ad delivery, analytics, and infrastructure operations, our subcontractors and SDK providers (including Google LLC) may process information in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
In addition, in order to provide in-app purchase functionality, we use the payment platforms operated by Apple Inc. (App Store) and Google LLC (Google Play). Payment-related information handled by these platforms is processed in accordance with each company's privacy policy.
5. Cross-Border Transfers
Due to the use of cloud services such as Firebase, user information may be processed and stored on servers located outside Japan.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described above.
If you request account deletion, we will attempt to delete related data within a reasonable period (except where retention is required by law).
7. Deletion and Correction by Users
- Data such as child profiles and tasks can be edited or deleted using in-app features.
- Account deletion can be requested from the in-app settings screen.
- If you use the Service as a guest and then log out or change devices, you may not be able to access the same account again.
8. Security Measures
We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage and to ensure appropriate security management.
9. Children’s Information
The Service is intended for household use under a guardian’s supervision. Guardians should appropriately supervise the entry and management of children’s information.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Service is a mobile application and does not primarily use browser cookies.
However, SDK providers may use identifiers and similar data as needed to provide the Service.
As a mobile app, the Service may use technologies similar to cookies (such as advertising identifiers, SDK identifiers, and local storage) through SDK providers for ad delivery, performance measurement, and fraud prevention.

11. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy as needed. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the Service or by other appropriate means.
